A Week with Broadcom
Hi All -
We just finished up a HUGE week with Broadcom. Between their conference starting last Sunday and wrapping up on Thursday along with a gig for Black & Decker and two events with Verizon Wireless, we definitely had our work cut out for us. (Unfortunately, the Verizon events were cancelled due to the wild fires here in Southern California and we hope that you are all safe and unharmed.) But Broadcom continued on.
The exciting part is that there were many dimensions to this week-long meeting. We had worked for weeks on putting together something fun and creative to open up their meetings with each day. The outcome was The Broadfather; a spin-off of the Godfather. (I had posted a picture in a recent blog of some behind the scenes but didn’t want to give too much away.) Let’s just say our mission had been accomplished because the audience seemed both entertained and enlightened to see their CEO, amongst others, on screen with cotton-stuffed cheeks and a well-acquired New York accent which may have fit him a little too perfectly.
This is what we are talking about when we believe you should have some sort of ice-breaker throughout your conference. Otherwise, it’s just another meeting and people, for the most part, are bored don’t truly want to be there. Nonetheless, each day was full of various meetings and award ceremonies and their week ended with a well deserved party; a time to kick back and relax and enjoy the company of those who had traveled from all over the country.
We were able to provide a service for Broadcom on many different levels. Everything from set up; video production; general session; breakouts and the party (and everything in between!). Words can’t truly describe the effort involved and so I’ve attached the below photos to paint the picture a little better.
Enjoy!
